- Payments are due after the service has been fulfilled.
- Invoices are issued upon completion of services.
- Payments are securely processed upon receipt of the invoice.

- We will work with you to resolve concerns.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion.
- No automatic refunds are processed since payment occurs after service fulfillment.

- Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through mediation.
- If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration.

- These terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada.
